Privacy policy
Effective October 16, 2026. This policy explains local file processing, browser storage and the third-party services linked from this website.
Photos and file processing
Listing Image Studio uses your browser's built-in image and canvas APIs to process supported images locally. Your selected image files are not uploaded to Underground Stack servers. File previews and exports are held temporarily in browser memory and can be removed by clearing the workspace or closing the tab. Exported files save to your device only when you choose to download them.
Inventory files and local autosave
Market Closeout Studio imports CSV inventory files and saved project JSON directly inside your browser and does not send their contents to Underground Stack servers. Event names, notes and edited inventory records are automatically stored in your browser’s localStorage when available, so your work can be restored on the same device and browser. This storage is local to that browser; it may be cleared through site-data removal or browser settings. You can clear the workspace inside the tool, and you can manually export a JSON project to retain a durable copy. Downloaded CSV/JSON exports are stored wherever your browser saves downloads.
BOM revision files
BOM Revision Inspector reads the two Excel (.xlsx), CSV or TSV files you choose inside your current browser tab. Part numbers, descriptions, quantities and prices are not transmitted to Underground Stack servers, saved in localStorage, or added to URLs. Closing or refreshing the page discards the imported BOMs. The change CSV is generated on the device and downloaded only when requested.
Cable run label files
Cable Run Label Studio reads a pasted connection list or an imported CSV, TSV, or saved JSON project inside the current browser tab. It generates the label PDF, connection register CSV and optional project JSON locally; no entered cable list is sent to our servers. The tool does not store cable lists in localStorage. Refreshing or closing the page clears unsaved work.
Wallpaper planning projects
Wallpaper Drop & Roll Planner processes wall dimensions, roll settings and imported CSV or JSON projects inside the browser tab. It generates PDF worksheets, CSV cut registers and saved JSON projects locally. It does not upload these measurements or save them in localStorage. Refreshing the page discards unsaved settings.
Bookmark merge files
Bookmark Merge Desk reads local browser bookmark HTML files and optional workspace JSON entirely in browser memory. Folder paths, bookmark names, URLs and duplicate decisions are not sent to Underground Stack servers and are not stored in localStorage. The exported HTML, CSV review ledger and JSON project are downloaded only when you request them. JSON projects include original bookmark data and should be treated as private.
Accounts and analytics
The included website does not require accounts and does not contain custom tracking scripts, advertising trackers, or analytics. Google Search Console provides reports about Google search visibility; it does not add a browser tracking script to this website. There is no email signup form. If you email support, your message and address are handled through our email provider to respond to your request. We may add privacy-conscious analytics or advertising later, and the policy will need updating before doing so.
Hosting and connection information
When you visit a Cloudflare Pages-hosted site, Cloudflare processes standard network requests and may handle IP addresses and related security/diagnostic information under its own policies. Static page requests are necessary to load the website. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Third-party links
Some pages link to our Etsy shop. Visiting Etsy leaves this site and is subject to Etsy's privacy policy. We do not send your image files to Etsy.
Local storage and cookies
Listing Image Studio does not deliberately store selected images in localStorage, IndexedDB, or cookies. Market Closeout Studio does use localStorage for your working inventory and event details. BOM Revision Inspector, Cable Run Label Studio Wallpaper Drop & Roll Planner and Bookmark Merge Desk do not deliberately use localStorage for imported work. These tools do not set their own cookies. Browsers, hosting infrastructure and extensions may have their own storage behavior.
