KEEP THE CYCLE GOING

From closeout to your next event.

Once you have entered physical counts, use the restock list for shortages against your target inventory. Save a project file to revisit the same event later.

Before you start

A few details that matter.

Can I import a Square or Shopify export?

Only when it contains SKU and opening-quantity columns matching the supported CSV format. This tool does not connect to Square, Shopify or Etsy, and cannot automatically infer incompatible reports. Download the template to see the column names.

What if I didn't record every sale?

A shortfall could be an unrecorded sale, lost stock, or a counting error. This tool flags the difference; it does not assume why it occurred. Update your records after checking.

Are revenue and profit accurate?

The sales estimate multiplies recorded unit sales by your listed price. It ignores discounts, tax, transaction fees, bundles and refunds; it is not verified revenue or net profit. Unit cost is used only to value stock variances.

Where is my information saved?

Editing and calculation happen locally in your browser. The workbench attempts to remember the current project in this browser's local storage. Export a project JSON for a durable copy or to switch devices. Clearing site data removes local autosaves.
